2012 Convention
The 38th Annual TN State Convention has something to offer every casual or avid square, round or line dancer! Starting with the Trail-In Dance on Thursday night, continuing on Friday and Friday evening, all day and evening dancing on Saturday, and ending with a uproarious After-Party.
Live Band on Friday and Saturday nights!!
Included in the Friday and Saturday hours will be other fun activities such as workshops, Fashion Show, Sewing Clinic, great shopping, prize drawings, slightly used attire sale, etc. etc, etc.
Join us on August 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, 2012 for the 38th Convention, back in Gatlinburg again after that incredible 2011 Convention there. The beautiful W. L. Mills Conference Center provides more than adequate dancing space in a comfortable and convenient layout.

Get your advanced tickets early (before July 1, 2012) for the weekend package at an exceptional value of only $30 per person. At the door, weekend ticket package cost is only $35 per person.
To get started, you'll need to download the Conference Info and Registration Forms. You'll need an Adobe Acrobat reader (which is free) to read it. If you don't have the free Adobe Acrobat reader, click here to go to the Adobe site and download it.
Make your checks payable to 38th TN State Convention and mail your registration form with your check to: Registration Chairman, Jackie Ashworth, P.O. Box 12386, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. If you have any questions, just drop an email to sheliabeckley@bellsouth.net.
T-Shirts
Colorful and fun 2012 Convention T-shirts have been produced. Short & Long-sleeved shirts in sizes S, M, L, XL, 2X, & 3X are available. To order or for info, contact Shelia Beckley (865-654-6747) sheliabeckley@bellsouth.net or mail your order (with payment) to the above registration address. Indicate number and sizes of all shirts needed along with pertinent shipping information. Short-sleeved T’s cost $11, Long-sleeved cost $17. (Please add shipping cost of $2.50 per shirt, if you want your order mailed.)
